As a former athlete I thought I was at my physical peak. Yet for some reason I felt like I was running at 60% and not getting the most out of my day. I wanted  a reset and a fresh start. Within one week I could feel a difference and after 16 weeks I felt better than I ever have. Since then,  it has become my goal to help other people maximize their health potential.

*Weight loss should not be considered typical. A study showed an average weight loss of 24 pounds after 12 weeks. Participants took part in a calorie-controlled regimen of Shake Days and one Cleanse Day per week. For more information on the study, see
