The Isabody challenge literally changed the course of my year. After experiencing some huge life changes, the focus, support and accountability that the challenge demanded and allowed me to channel my energy into, was exactly what I needed. I started the year underweight, low on confidence and with little self belief. But, I finished the year the fittest I’ve ever been, with huge confidence and self belief in myself.
